• TRACES NT – EQUI-INTRA-IND (according to art. 143 directive (EU) 2016/429 and art. 76 directive (EU) 2020/688 – Place of destination Chuchle Arena Praha: Radotinska 69/34, Prague 5-159 00, Ricipient: – CZ 11 00 1362
• Influenza – boosters to be given in the six months (+ 21 days), but not within seven days of arrival at the Event
