The two international show-jumping events to be held in late April and early May are now almost certain to take place. Organizers of the CSI Prague Arena and CSIO CET events were granted an exception from the National Sport Agency and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

“We are happy to have received an exception from the ban on organizing mass events for both of the international events to be held in the Chuchle Arena Prague from the National sport Agency and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic today,” said the Event Director, Markéta Šveňková, on Tuesday afternoon.

The first event is the four-day CSI Prague Arena, which is a FEI World Cup event, it will take place from 29th April to 2nd May; the entry system for the event was opened on Friday and riders may enrol through their national federations. Full event information can be found at www.csi-praguearena.com.

The second meeting – CSIO CET – organised by the Czech Equestrian Team will take place just one week later from 5th May to 9th May. “We expect the FEI to open the entry system today or tomorrow,” added Markéta Šveňková. For more detailed event information see www.csiopraha.cz.
